These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Laura Moreno / Lau More (hereafter referred to as “the Consultant”), including but not limited to mentoring programs, strategic consulting, business advisory, web and tech services, automation, AI implementation, workshops, and one-to-one sessions.
By booking, purchasing, or engaging in any service, you agree to the following terms.
1. Scope of Services
The Consultant provides professional services including:
- Mentoring programs (1:1 or group)
- Strategic business and brand consulting
- Tech, automation, AI, and web-related services
- Advisory sessions (online or in-person)
- Project-based consulting and implementation
The Consultant does not guarantee specific business, financial, or personal results, as outcomes depend on client actions, decisions, and external factors.
2. Payment Terms
2.1 One-to-One Sessions (Online & In-Person)
- All one-to-one sessions must be 100% paid in advance.
- Payment must be completed at least 5 days before the scheduled session to secure the booking.
- Sessions booked within 5 days of the scheduled date are only confirmed once payment has been received, subject to availability.
- Unpaid sessions are not reserved.
2.2 Mentoring Programs & Support Packs
- Mentoring programs and support packs require a minimum of 50% upfront payment to secure your place.
- The remaining balance must be paid before any sessions, calls, or support begin, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
- Access to sessions, materials, recordings, or support is paused until payment obligations are fulfilled.
2.3 Project-Based Work (€1,000+)
- All projects with a total value of €1,000 or more require an advance payment:
- 25% or 50% upfront, depending on project scope and timeline.
- No work will begin until the agreed advance payment has been received.
- In most cases, the full project amount must be paid before project commencement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.4 Booking Fee / Commitment Fee
- For certain services (including discovery sessions, strategy calls, mentoring onboarding, or project scoping), a booking or commitment fee may be required.
- This fee typically ranges between €50 and €100, depending on the service.
- The booking fee:
- Confirms the client’s commitment
- Secures the Consultant’s time
- Is deducted from the final agreed price of the service or project if the client proceeds
2.5 Booking Fee Conditions
- The booking fee is non-refundable.
- If the client chooses not to proceed with the full service or project, the booking fee is not returned.
- If the client proceeds, the booking fee is automatically credited toward the total invoice.
- No session, proposal work, or project preparation will begin until the booking fee has been received.
2.6 Payment Confirmation & Access
- A service, session, or project is considered confirmed only once payment has been received.
- Calendar bookings, session links, onboarding materials, access to documents, or project work will only be provided after payment confirmation.
- Partial payments, booking fees, or deposits do not guarantee availability unless explicitly stated in writing.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
3.1 One-to-One Sessions
- Sessions may be rescheduled once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given.
- Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice are considered a no-show and are non-refundable.
- Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
3.2 Mentoring Programs & Packages
- Mentoring programs are non-refundable once started.
- Sessions included in a package must be used within the agreed timeframe.
- Unused sessions are not transferable and not refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.
4. Late Payments & Delays
- Services will not start, continue, or resume without payment confirmation.
- Late or missed payments may result in:
- Session cancellation
- Project delays
- Temporary suspension of services
- The Consultant is not responsible for project delays caused by late payments or missing client input.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure effective collaboration, the client agrees to:
- Provide required information, feedback, and materials in a timely manner
- Attend sessions prepared and on time
- Respect agreed timelines and boundaries
Delays caused by missing information or lack of responsiveness may affect delivery timelines without liability to the Consultant.
6. Intellectual Property
- All materials, frameworks, documents, templates, strategies, and content provided remain the intellectual property of the Consultant, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Materials are for personal or internal business use only and may not be shared, resold, or distributed without permission.
7. Confidentiality
- All client information shared during sessions or projects is treated as confidential.
- Confidentiality does not apply to information that is publicly available or required by law to be disclosed.
8. Limitation of Liability
- The Consultant provides strategic guidance and technical implementation based on experience and best practices.
- The Consultant is not liable for business outcomes, financial losses, or decisions made by the client based on the services provided.
- The client remains fully responsible for implementation, decisions, and results.
9. Force Majeure
The Consultant shall not be held liable for delays or inability to perform services due to events beyond reasonable control (including illness, technical failure, family emergencies, or force majeure events).
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain / EU (adjust if needed). Any disputes shall be resolved under the applicable jurisdiction.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session, signing a proposal, or making payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
